Online Facilitator Certification (OFC) for an Online APPQMR Workshop

In the Online Facilitator Certification (formerly the Train the Trainer Online), you will learn how to facilitate the APP workshop including preparation, navigation, management and assessment. The Applying the QM Rubric (APPQMR) Online Workshop is the first step in preparing participants to become Peer Reviewers.  Upon successful completion of the Online Facilitator Certification, with a current APPQMR training license held by your institution, you can offer the APPQMR as an Independent Trainer for your institution using the QM-hosted Moodle LMS.

Upon completion of this certification, the APPQMR Workshop will be available upon request from QM for Independent Online Trainers in Quality Matters' learning management system. A technology fee of $25.00 per enrollment will be charged to the institution for supporting the course. Cap for the online version is 20 participants per session.  Multiple sessions must be requested to accommodate more than 20 participants. 

Specific Workshop Information

Online, four weeks, facilitated certification. The session kicks off with a three hour conference call. The following three weeks are dedicated to course content, preparation, navigation, management, and assessment. Each seat is $500 per person for subscribers only - unless receiving a subscription-based free seat.

Important Note: This certification is ONLY offered online.

Pre-requisites:
1.      Successful completion of the Applying the QM Rubric (APPQMR)

2.      Successful completion of the Peer Reviewer Course (PRC)

3.      Institution subscription must be on Full or Statewide subscription, (not a Basic                  subscription)
