Ron is responsible for strategic planning and academic policy, maintains relationships with current and potential partner organizations, and represents QM on a national level. Ron works with current subscribers to develop comprehensive QM implementation strategies and plans and spearheads new product development for QM.

Deb oversees all staff, budget, and operations for the Quality Matters Program.
