Subscription Process

Thank you for your interest in QM. Below is the subscription process.

1. Submit Intent to Subscribe online form.

• Subscription Agreement and invoice will be emailed.

2. Return Signed Subscription Agreement.

• Access information for Rubric and all online tools emailed.

3. Create a MyQM account.

• All users need an account.

• Institutional Representatives (IRs) get QM implementation data.

4. Start using the tools.

• Sign up for training.

• Use course review management system (CRMS) for internal reviews.
